You Will Need
* Apples
* Toppings  (Chopped Nuts, Honeycomb, Fudge etc)
* Lollypop Sticks
* Heatproof Bowl
* Saucepan
* Greaseproof Paper
* Wooden Spoon

How To Make

Step 1

Begin by breaking up the chocolate and placing it into a heatproof bowl.

Half fill a small saucepan with water and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat to keep it at a simmer.

Place the bowl over the top of the saucepan, ensuring you don't scald yourself.

Use a wooden spoon or spatula to continuously stir the chocolate until it has all melted.

Step 2

Push a lollipop stick into the apple where the stalk would grow (remove this if it is still attached), then dip the apple into the chocolate using the wooden spoon to cover any areas that can't be reached.

Leave the chocolate to set for a few moments then re-cover the apple with more chocolate.

Step 3

Once the chocolate has begun to set, sprinkle your chosen toppings over the apple, then place it back onto the greaseproof paper for the chocolate to fully set.

Top Tip: If the chocolate is struggling to set, place the apples into the fridge.
