The Stephenson Melt and Pour Crystal HCVS Soap Base is a one-kilogram tub of vegetable-based mixture that’s so easy to use, you’ll love making creating gorgeous soaps to nourish your skin. This is the perfect starting point for creating handmade soaps.

This is a high clarity vanilla stable soap base. Crystal HCVS is stable with up to 2% of most vanilla or vanillin containing fragrances. It is ideal for the manufacture of transparent soap bars.

Create a wide variety of beautiful products by simply heating the mixture and combining colours, fragrances and a range of botanicals. With superior colour stability and fragrance lift, you can use this soap base to create your own unique soap designs for friends, family or yourself.

To use, simply cut the base into manageable chunks in a bowl, melt them in the microwave and then mix in your oils, fragrances and dried botanicals. Once you've made your mixture, you can pour the soap into a mould to create your shape and let it set.
