Cooling rack good choice
Perfect for all my bread and cakes. Perfect for 2 sourdough loaves. Nothing sticks to it. Traditional design but coated. The only negative is that steam collects under the rack and it use kitchen paper to stop cakes and bread getting soggy bottoms. A higher stand would allow vapour to dissipate. Would recommend.

Good so far!
We have only used this a couple of times but so far so good. It is a useful size and cakes don't stick to it. It was a very good price so I hope it continues to perform well after a few washes.

Ideal size
This cooling rack is the ideal size for cooling two cake layers on. Not tried for biscuits yet but am planning to.
