Rated 4 out of 5 by Helena55 from My latest winter skirt This is a substantial fabric but easy to cut out. It has a soft feel. I am only just beginning to put together the pieces that I’ve cut out but I will probably buy more of this fabric (in a different colour) for my next project after this.
