Not soft and buttery
Disappointed these soft pastels were not the soft buttery texture I was expecting. I had borrowed a box of soft pastels from my art group. Got on reasonably well with this medium so decided to invest in my own box, I have only used a few colours so far both but those I have used are rather flaky and dry? a bit like chalks. On a positive note the pigments are strong, with a good range of colours. All nicely packaged in a suitable storage box
