Easy to use
I followed the instructions and added 2 or 3 coats to achieve a lovely oak finish on a beech wood rail to match my existing oak shelf. I then used the beeswax to polish. Very happy with the result.

Does this repair cracked surface where no colour left?
It's not a wood filler, but you can use a brush to touch up unstained areas in layers until it matches the surrounding colour. Large cracks would need filling first then allowed to fully dry, then add the wood stain. Hope this helps.
