Our delivery partner Hermes will send an email confirming your two-hour time slot on the day of delivery. You can manage your delivery using the links in this email, with options to leave in a safe place or deliver to a neighbour if you will not be in. Hermes will make three delivery attempts.
Hermes have implemented contactless delivery and we’re encouraging all of our customers to choose their preferred safe place for deliveries. Using the parcel tracking number in your order dispatch email, you can go to the MyHermes Tracking page, choose ‘Change Delivery Preferences’ and select a safe place.
An alternative way of managing your delivery safely is through the Hermes Mobile App. The App allows you to select a ‘safe place’ through the app by entering your tracking number, choosing the ‘divert’ option and selecting your preferred ‘safe place’. You can download the Hermes are from either the App Store or Google Play Store
