Occasionally, there may be white marks on the chocolate where cooling or tempering has caused a slight ‘bloom’ but, when you melt the chocolate, this bloom will disappear and the taste will be unaffected. Simply heat the bottle in the microwave according to instructions, and then use the handy nozzle to apply the pink chocolate drip directly to your cake.
