Cricut: How to Make Best Friend Mugs
Create matching mugs for you and your BFF using the Cricut Mug Press and the Infusible Ink collection. This a great way to put an adult spin on the traditional friendship bracelet, perfect if you and your best friend love to share a coffee and a catchup.

How to make
Start in the projects section of Cricut Design space and click on the Mug set up projects. Choose the size of your mug and the scallop edge design then click customise.
Now add the best friends image ( Best Friends Heart #M188ED482) onto the canvas from the image library, place this onto the centre of the mug template, select the mug template and the image, and click attach.
Don't forget to hide the pen guide before heading to make it.
Next, cut out your design from your Infusible Ink sheet, lay the Infusible Ink sheet face up onto the mat and load it into the machine. Then select Infusible Ink sheet as the cut setting and start cutting.
You will want to cut this twice to create two mugs.
Once cut, carefully weed away the image from the sheet and peel off the edges to reveal the scallop design. Then wrap the sheet around the mug.
Once your Mug Press has heated up, put the mug into the Mug Press and press down the lever. This will heat up the mug, transfering the Infusible Ink design into the ceramic glaze.
Once complete, remove the mug from the Mug Press. Cool the mug by putting it on the EasyPress mat to protect your surface before peeling off the sheet to reveal your finished design.
Repeat this process for both best friend mugs.
