What type of screws hold the tiers together? Are you able to offer replacement screws?
We sadly do not stock replacement screws, we would advise to consult the instruction manual to ensure the correct screws are purchased.

Can you extend the trolley up with another tier
Tiers are not available separately, and while you feasibly could take a tier from another trolley to do this, it would alter the centre of gravity and we would not recommend it.

How is this put together please? Do You need any tools? As taking to university and dont know whether I need tools to construct it? Or are they included
