Perfect for wargaming.
The 4ltr clear are perfect for storing your wargames figures.
The internal height is sufficient for large 28mm cavalry on 3mm mdf bases on a magnetic sheet. You will need to keep your colours, eagles etc removable, but this allows greater unit flexibility, so isn't a disadvantage. At 28mm you can easily fit a three battalion brigade on 50mm bases, perhaps four battalions on 45mm bases.
Bolt Action wise easily takes a company plus support weapons.
There is a 9ltr version that has the same foot print and increased depth that would suit armour and ECW/TYW pike blocks.
As I stack these the fact that they are transparent helps quick identification of the contents and remove the need for labelling.

Good solid storage
I was given a couple of boxes that are slightly bigger than these and they are great - so I bought this smaller size to add to the mix! I use them for crafting supplies like knitting patterns and stamping/card making items. They stack well, are easy to lift (not too big or heavy when full) and the lids clip safely keeping out dust and spiders!
The clear ones are easy to see through and although they are a little heavier than other boxes of a similar size they are robust and will stand up to regular use better than cardboard or lighter plastic boxes.

Just the job for keeping my work room tidy
When I retired from the corporate world of, I turned my hobby into a job and now I'm a professional model maker. I have a fully-fitted, dedicated work room but had been using free shoe boxes to store my materials and tools in. It wasn't the most efficient use of space, so I bought 12 of these 4 litre boxes and three 9 litre boxes. Brilliant! Space saving, modular, and everything I need is ready to hand. A label on the front of every box identifies what's in them (I made them, the labels don't come with the box).Highly recommended.

Secure and stackable
I've purchased transparent smoke boxes in various sizes for my son's Lego. I've got the 9L, 4L, 0.3L and 0.14L variants. The 9L and 4L stack together perfectly. They're the perfect size for storing all sorts of Lego while still allowing easy rummaging to find that elusive brick or tile. The smaller ones are great for lights and small tiles. All boxes lock securely with the handles. I'd recommend these for all sorts of storage options.

Storage for selling and storing photography work
Brought this as recently started selling some local photography work around Cornwall at local craft and Art Markets and needed a storage box that would be easy to store and wouldnt take up too much room, when setting up the stalls at the markets. I am now possibly thinking about looking into buying another one soon to store all my other supplys for setting up my stalls at these local Art and Craft markets in Cornwall.

Lovely box - just the right size for a pack of A4 printing paper

Product is ideal for A4 card and sets
The reason I choose this product is for ease of handling , I did have the larger ones but with a bad back found them to heavy to lift . The smaller size is perfect and fits in the same space would definetely buy them again great product .
