A bad product, badly made and unsuitable for a 5 year old
I bought this for my grandson who loves putting things together. There were no instructions as how to make the items on the box, the holes were not drilled big enough for the pegs, the hammer was not heavy enough to try and get them into the holes. If you did manage to get a peg in and it was wrong, you couldn't get it out again. There was no way a young child could build anything, it took my husband and a drill to work it. A very bad purchase, unusually for Hobbycraft

the quality isn't the best.some of the plastics to connect the blocks are very hard to go in or take out by an adult not to say a child. My girl likes playing with it but gets frustrated after a few tries. there aren't many blocks either. not worth the price.
