How It Works

Earning your Vouchers

  • Every time you shop instore or online, we’ll keep track of your spend
  • When you have spent £50, we’ll issue you a £2.50 reward by email
  • If you spend £100 or more (taking into account any accumulated spend) we’ll issue multiple vouchers in one email (up to a maximum of six vouchers for any single purchase)
  • Any remaining balance you have earned which has not qualified for a voucher (up to a maximum of £49.99) will be carried forward towards your next voucher
  • We’ll send you regular balance updates by email so that you know how close you are to receiving your voucher

Spending your Vouchers

  • Your voucher is valid for 3 months from date of issue
  • To redeem in store, please present the email at the till point alongside your Hobbycraft Club card
  • When redeeming online, please ensure you are logged into your account using the email address you used to register for the Club, and enter the discount code into the promotion code box at the checkout

Terms and Conditions

  • Vouchers can be redeemed in any Hobbycraft store or Hobbycraft online
  • Multiple £2.50 vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with one another and cannot be redeemed for cash or the equivalent
  • Purchases made below the value (£2.50) will not receive cash or a voucher for the difference in store or online
  • Vouchers can only be used once and must be used by you
  • The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Club voucher or discount codes
  • Once the voucher has been redeemed, the £2.50 cannot be refunded if the transaction is returned
  • Hobbycraft reserve the right to withdraw the offer at its discretion
  • Hobbycraft Colleagues are not eligible for this promotion
  • Purchases of gift cards, e-gift cards, and carrier bags do not contribute towards a £2.50 voucher
  • You cannot transfer your balance to any otherperson(s)

Who is part of the scheme?

Spend & Save is exclusive to our Star Makers. To become a Star Maker you must have spent £100+ in the last 12 months. Star Makers will be automatically enrolled into the scheme and we'll let them know via email.

  • We will track every penny, this includes transactions that have been made online or in any Hobbycraft Store from the date you are enrolled into the scheme
  • In order for us to track your spend, you must ensure your Hobbycraft Club card is swiped when shopping in store. When shopping online you must login using the email address you originally used to register. Transactions cannot be added post purchase
  • When you have spent £50, we’ll issue a £2.50 voucher by email within 7-21 days
  • We can only issue vouchers to you if you have subscribed to Hobbycraft emails. To find out how to subscribe, click here

FAQs

  1. Star Makers are our Best customers who visit us the most often, spend more with us and overall make a lot more! They must have spent £100+ in the last 12 months.

  2. We will update you with your voucher progress in our Monthly Club Newsletteremail. Once you are within £15 of qualifying for a voucher we’ll also send you an email to let you know.

  3. Providing you use the same email address you registered in store when shopping online, we can track all your transactions.

    There is no need to add your Club card number when shopping online.

  4. Vouchers can be issued up to 21 days from when you have qualified for a voucher.

    If you don’t usually receive Hobbycraft emails please check your promotion and spam folders in case our emails have been automatically filed there.

    If after 21 days your voucher still hasn’t arrived, please get in touch here.

  5. Vouchers are valid for three months from date of issue. Please refer to the date the email containing the voucher was sent to determine the length of time it is valid for.

  6. Unfortunately we can’t. Vouchers must be kept safe and should be treated as cash. Hobbycraft cannot be held liable for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers.

  7. Firstly, check your promotion and spam folders in case our emails have been automatically filed there. If you still can’t see them, please get in touch here.
