AN EXCELLANT GIFT FOR AN ELDERLEY MAN WHO ENJOYS HIS HOBBY SO MUCH. I BOUGHT IT FOR HIM AS HE CANNOT GET OUT DUE TO BEING ON OXYGEN MOST OF THE DAY.

Best kits around.
I sort of fell into model making and finding with the decline in model shops and the kits online slowly and unnecessarly rising in price I needed kits which are manufactured with fine detail, clean lines and easy to follow instructions and have found it with Tamiya kits, this kits are really detailed, showing down to the welds of the sheet metal used in the full size model. The plastic affixes with speed so holding waiting for the bond is short. With this model the accuracy to detail is waxing down to individual rivits which when it comes to weathering and adding extra detail such as rust, scratches, bullets holes and the rest makes it easier.
What these Tamiya kits makes it better over other kits is I am disabled and need to handle all the parts as dexterity with my fingers is a problem and other manufacturers, these plastic tends to be slightly more brittle leading to broken bits. The finished article makes for a better model when adding to a diorama as the Tamiya paints are perfect and lower cost, it's all also environmental as the bottles are glass and once washed easy recycled. I used to be a huge fan of the other well know brand with a A but Tamiya is my model of choice and award winning. As for Hobbycraft, 2 stores 30 miles of me north and south no more auction sites for my kits
