Ideal for canvas, wood, glass, metal, stone, plastic and ceramics (once cured or sealed).

With proper use and storage (cap closed, stored tip down), markers last from several months to over a year.

High quality pigment-based markers are lightfast. Check manufacturer’s permanence rating for archival use.

After markers are dry, you can blend or layer with acrylic paints or mediums for mixed media effects.

Light texture surfaces may need primer or gesso; smooth surfaces may require surface cleaning or sanding.

Use water or mild solvent recommended by brand. Dab on scrap and recap immediately to avoid drying out.
