Wanting a grass mat to complete a wargames board, was not prepared to pay big bucks as you see on some specialist websites, so point one, value for money, even though the price for two to complete a 6' x 4' board will approach those prices, but still a cheaper alternative.
As to the actual mat, was surprised to find no shedding when I took it out of the packaging, so the grass does actually stick to the mat, haven't seen that before. The backing is quite stiff, so using double sided tape to fix it to two of the hobby craft foam boards was easy peasy! All in all, well impressed!

Great product
New to modelling so looking for a base cover for a landscape. This product is perfect and allows for building terrain (hills, slopes, etc) via the application of a heat gun. Similarly the grass effect surface can be scrapped away and then painted either for a road/track effect or stream/river. Good product all round.

Great colours and texture in this product, the product does exactly what it says, very versatile, no shedding, easy to adhere to lots of different surfaces.

Very realistic
This grass roll does an excellent job, my husband has put this on a board with the added tree's from hobbycraft to create a grass area for a car racing track .The kids love it and cant stop playing with it.would highly recommend using this. Thankyou

Sheds too much grass
The "non-shedding" grass mat isn't that at all! It sheds grass constantly, and after only a week, looks a bit bald in places. The mat also doesn't stay flat as well as other similar ones. Terrible value for the price.
