Can it be painted
I haven't got any photos to show you but I painted some with acrylic paint and some with just household emulsion. I then buffed each item with neutral shoe polish to give it a glaze. Both types of paint are still going strong. Hope this helps.

Could you use this for making stepping stones and putting them in the garden.
This is weatherproof as long as it is fully cured before placing outside.

Yes but only once fully hardened, otherwise moisture will weaken it.

This is not designed for outdoor use. A fine concrete from a DIY store would be better.

Is it stronger than stonecast powder
It is a similar product and behaves in a similar manner, so is as strong if prepared correctly.

How long does it take to dry?
This will depend on the size of the cast you're creating. Generally it should be set enough for demoulding within a couple of hours and to be fully hard should take 24-48.

Is this safe to use with children? I can’t see the COSHH
The Craft Concrete Casting Powder 1.5kg is suitable for use by children 14 years and over.

Should be ok but I wouldn't leave outside permanently due to frost etc
