The Airfix Tiger I Model Kit is the perfect addition to your Airfix model collection.

The German Tiger I entered service during 1942, dominating the battlefield. However, it was considered by some to be over engineered, complex and expensive to produce, resulting in fewer Tigers on the battlefield at any one time, whilst the Americans produced 49,000 Sherman tanks during WWII.

The model kit features sprues and decals, with 84 parts included. This robust tank will be a great choice for your military range, capturing the Tiger I in authentic detail.

This, very reasonably priced, kit builds into a nicely detailed and historically accurate model of a mid-production Tiger (i.e. from the middle of 1943). One of the two finishing schemes is not really appropriate for the tank depicted but the model offers great potential to someone willing to research other authentic paint schemes. Recommended for Tiger tank and small scale AFV enthusiasts.
