Great way to display memorabilia
Excellent product. I bought this to display memorabilia from a K T Tunstall gig, including a drumstick she gave me. I had bought a VIP package to see her so there were other items I wanted to display, rather than shut away in a drawer. As you can see from the photo, it makes a nice display.

Lovely simple frame
I wanted something which could set my work off with a deep mount and this frame works very well. Another aspect I really appreciate is its square format – it is sometimes quite tricky to find square frames and I am very glad that this range provides a variety of square frames in different sizes. It is made of wood and glass and is simple to assemble. My only quibble is that it does not have a good hanging system - a small hook was included for hanging but immediately fell off and I haven't used it. Aside from this I think it is a very good product.

Cheap and cheerful. Price reflects the quality.
This box frame is a great size, which I used for displaying my signed ‘Geoff Hurst’ football shirt.
The frame surround isn’t the best quality and was a little scratched/marked on one side. It doesn’t come with a surround mount, so I had to purchase one elsewhere, and the measurements were slightly bigger than stated, so it took a bit of time to get the mount and shirt in neatly without a trim being noticeable around the glass/frame .
Despite the negative points, the finished product looks great when wall mounted, and the blemishes are not noticeable. It looks awesome and I’m very pleased with it.

disappointing quality control
I needed two of these frames for my studio, but my local hobby craft only had one, so I ordered the second from the online store (which also had only one in stock). On it's own this would be fine, however when the frame arrived it was moldy and had come apart in the corner. A local framer is repairing it for me, but I wouldn't buy from the online store again as it would appear that the products aren't very well looked after. I would return it, but like I said I need two, and between the store and online shop that's all they have.

Good value for money deep frame but design could be improved.
I am always looking for reasonably priced deep frames to display my gold and stump work embroideries and this one was the right size, simple, wood, and reasonably priced. The resulting display looks stunning. However, the design of the frame could be improved! The back board was very tight and difficult to remove, and there was not really enough space between the inside spacer ( which keeps the embroidery from touching the glass) and the back of the frame, to insert the embroidery, which is mounted on a standard mounting board of about 2 mm, and a mounting frame, which adds another 2mm. Getting this all into the frame and then putting the back board on top and securing this was a real pain, especially since the metal tabs designed to do this were tiny. I got my husband to do this in the end and I'm very happy with the end result, but hope that this will be read and passed on to the designer of these frames, so an adjustment can be made to improve their functionality as they are very useful indeed!

Great frames
these frames are brilliant i have used them 4 time now to create personal presents for my family members. i have never been a creative type of person but these are simple to use and you can create a brilliant frame. the only downfall is this is the largest size you can buy.
