Picture Frames - Disappointing
The glass in the frame is too thin so smashed easily. I ordered click and collect as the product was not available in store. When I collected and opened the packaging the glass had been broken in transit. I took it back to the store and the staff were very helpful and organised for me to collect the same product from a neighboring store as they did not have it available. I collected it, came home and went to frame my picture and the glass again broke, just on the pressure of taking off the back panel. I conclude the quality of the glass is so poor and of a substandard thickness and quality that it is very susceptible to breakage. I took the second broken glass/frame back to the store where they were very helpful and allowed me to exchange for some other products. Good staff but a substandard product.

Lovely Frame if you can get one not broken.
Not a bad frame for the price, I think glass is much better than some of the acrylic alternatives however had to make 3 attempts to get one delivered that wasn't broken.

Good value for money.....but
Always check the corners of the frames before you leave the shop I have purchased 3 recently and when I got home they were damaged under the cardboard corners but once unpacked you can't return, I know from now I will check each one in the shop as I won't be stung again!

Nice looking but not robust
The frame looks nice and seems well made. However, it is very flimsy. The wood bends quite a lot so if you pick it up by one side the back board and perspex pop out slightly.

Terrible quality - glass broke as soon as I turned the frame over
Terrible frame - waste of £30! I presently have a complaint under investigation. I laid the frame face down on my carpeted lounge - inserted my picture, put the back board in - turned it over to look and crack the glass broke! It didn’t even make it onto the wall. Either the glass had a fault or the frame isn’t strong enough to support the glass when you move it? Rubbish product.
