Good value, shame the label is stuck on
This is good value felt for basic craft projects. The A4 size gives you plenty to work with and can easily be folded up into a craft box/bag when you're done.
The only problem with this felt sheet is that the bar code for the price tag / till is stuck on as a sticker to the felt, and when you peel it off, it stretches and distorts that area of the felt, and thins it out. Not a problem if it's just for kiddy crafts, but its annoying if you're making something as a gift. That section of felt can't be used.

Not half as good as it used to be
I've been buying this felt for about 8 years (all colours) and it has always been great quality and perfect for making my crafts. Unfortunately in the last year Hobbycraft have clearly changed their supplier. Now the A4 polyester felt is thin. It's flimsy. It's shiny, especially the black. The items that I make just don't have the same finished look anymore. It's such a shame. I wish they would go back and buy from their original supplier!

This product is nice and easy to work with.
We are making costumes for the Christmas show in our school and used different products from hobbycraft. We are very pleased with the quality of them. The felt sheets are my favourite. They are easy to work with and the resolts are always great even in the hand of the children.
We will have a Christmas to remember!

Choosing the perfect felt sheets
I buy the majority of my felt from Hobby craft but, i do take time to select each sheet. Some sheets can be very thin and have threadbare sections so, i always hold each sheet up to the light to check this before making my purchase.
I have use Hobbycraft felt for years, and have made a variety of items and projects!
