Great quality
I have been a professional commercial artist for 30 years. I have always made my canvases from scratch with bars, canvas etc. I found myself pushed for time and also wanted to do something a bit experimental, so I bought 3 large canvases. They are fabulous quality, and not shiny like most other shop bought canvases. Enjoyed working on them and the finish is great.

Excellent Customer Serivce
I wanted to leave some feedback regarding th customer experience I had in store at the branch in Greenford. Thank you to Micheal who served me at the tills for my 3 x very large canvases while I was with my young daughter. He very kindly helped me to the car as it was a busy evening in the carpark to ensure my daughters safety as he knew I'd struggle alone. Sending him a huge tank you, not many kind hearted people left like you who would go out of their way like that esp. as it was very cold outside!

Disaster
Having spent 1 hour and 20min on a round trip to the nearest Hobbycraft shop - I took the plastic off the £33 canvas, to dicover the corner is not tucked under and has been cut too short to repair -therefore not usable - the wooden support at the back, is so warped outwards, that it would not hang flat on a wall . So now I have to drive all the way back for a refund. Such poor quality that a mere exchange is out of the question.

Excellent quality
Really good quality canvas . The wooden frame is angled away from the canvas so you don't get that awkward paint line an inch in away from the edge like you find with cheaper canvases.

Poor quality canvas
Poor quality, badly stretches and not worth the mowny. I wont buy canvas from here or recommend them, the customer service is dreadful (people in the shop are lovely though).
