So disappointed 😞
Had this for my birthday in October.What a pain, my first embroidery machine and what a let down. More hassle than it's worth. Only indicates upper thread problem and often it is actually a bobbin one. I have used various embroidery machines
belonging to friends or clubs I attend so thought having one at home would be good.
The
Needle breakages half way through a colour. Threading is simple but the bobbin can be difficult if notch is missed. This is one machine I can't wait to get rid of.e Is no light on it and being a dark grey colour it is hard to see.

Can you add your own designs or do you only have the pre set ones
You can use your own designs. You will need to convert it into stitches, and there are programs online to do this, then you need to ensure it is in the correct file type for the machine.

I love mine and well worth the money i havent had a problem with it.
