Totally misleading package and item
It’s ridiculous that the same complaint about this kit has been continuously raised for over an year, and yet you have not done a thing about it! A kit is something that contains everything to complete the product. There is no warning that the tiles for the project are not cut to the required size and shape. The pack implies you can complete it. I thought it would be a great little project to use with my Mum who has dementia. Having said we were doing it I ended up trying to cut tiles with scissors so that she could at least work on it. All you’ve created for people is a difficult situation unless they are already in possession of a tile cutter.Come clean and advertise it on the pack. I am far from happy after a very dissatisfying evening spent on this with her rather than a pleasurable experience.

Disappointed
I bought this yesterday as it looked so cute. Just like the previous reviewer, I got it home to fine that one of the tiles are cut, and nowhere does it say that ot o ly do you have to cut them, but you need a special tool to do this. Very cross. Contacted customer services who said they don't stock them. Looked on website and there is one on their website, but more expense, and postage to pay. You can do better than this, Hobbycraft.

Impossible to copy the image supplied
My kids enjoyed these mosaics, but there could have been a lot of disappointment if theyd wanted to replicate the picture on the packet.
The mosiac is impossible to complete as shown in the picture as all the tiles are square and not cuttable, whereas the picture on the packet uses tiles cut in lots of shapes.
The tiles are plastic not ceramic, which isnt made clear on the packet

Problem with the Bumblebee mosiac
Kit was great but a mosaic tile cutter was needed as some of the pieces used needed to be cut. I returned to the shop but they were unable to help me. They no longer sell the cutter needed.
There was no mention on the packet or on the limited instructions that a cutter was needed.
Rather diappointed.

Cute design
Buy the tool! Cute little mosaic but you need to but the tool to split the tiles for the non square shapes. My daughter was disappointed with her design as it looked poor compared to the packaging but nowhere does it say they don’t have shaped tiles or to get a tool to cut them to shape. Other than that simple to use. Unsure if pay full price for it though

Nice but plastic tiles aren’t the same as pattern
Nice activity but the pattern requires half plastic tile pieces that aren’t included within the pack. Meaning you have to cut the tiles if you want the exact same pattern (or just do without). Cutting the tiny plastic squares is very hard and requires a knife so not suitable for kids. Just some feedback.

Great if you have the right tools
It is not possible to match the image without using a tool to cut the tiles. The tiles are plastic and all the exact same size and shape. I finished it with a good result but it took hours instead of a 20 minute project.
