Good value
I've bought 5 of these chalk paints. The black one needs constant stirring as it separates and becomes liquid at the top.
The mould green is beautiful, Ancient White is nice as is the cream. I've decanted some of each into smaller containers. You get a lot for the price so they're good value for money. I use Ancient White to change the tint of the grey in a separate pot and will also use the black to do the same. Had I thought about it, I would have just made the grey myself!
I'm using the paints to upcycle glass jars and bottles. The paint has lifted when using stencil spray adhesive even when I've primed them and left them to dry for a couple of days so that's disappointing. However, if just using jute twine and embellishments they're fine.
2 coats are enough and when completely dry, I seal with varnish.
