Abysmal customer service.
Terrible customer service at Aintree store. Click and collect wasn't ready despite email stating it was. I had to find the item myself from the shop floor and was spoken to like I was stupid by the 'assistant'. Email option on website was not functioning for me to register a complaint. Tried contact via social media but no reply.

Panels Aren't Flat
The panels are okay in themselves, and the surface is fine for the price, but they are all bowed. I've tried flattening them, but I don't think it's going to be possible. All of the panels on the shelf were the same.

Canvas Panel
I just purchased these Canvas Panels ,they are easy to sketch your drawing and the use acrylic paints when smoothly over the canvas. I would recommend.

Reasonably good quality canvas for art.
Framed canvas suitable for acrylic or oil pai t but needs covering with 2 coats of gesso. Reasonably priced and different sizes
