Compact
Not very happy with it. There weren’t any laminating pouches in the box. I wanted to try out the different thicknesses. Fortunately I had bought a pack of pouches. The first time I used it, the pouch jammed and came out completely zigzagged. I’ve done 2 further laminations and the top left corner curls and doesn’t lie flat.

Neat and compact machine, just use flat pouches.
The laminating machine works well and meets my needs. It’s smart and compact, heats up quickly and the sheets go through at a nice steady pace. The laminating pouches that come in the box are unusable though. The edge that feeds through the laminator first wasn’t flat and therefore didn’t feed through the laminator properly and crumpled inside, ruining the work that was being laminated.

Terrible Product
Used this for the first time today, and the laminate sheet i was feeding in got wrapped entirely around the bottom roller, with nothing to grasp for me to pull it out. There was absolutely no indicatiion that it was getting jammed, it was getting fed in very smoothly; but once i'd let go of the paper I realised that it hadn't fed out the other side, and had gotten rolled around itself. I followed the instructions in the packet to the letter. All subsequent attempts at laminating also get caught on the rollers (either on the rollers, or on the now stuck sheet which is entirely wrapped around itself despite my efforts to stop it).
Despite the instructions claiming otherwise, this laminator is not suitable for smaller sizes of paper, nor is it suitable with other types of laminate sheets. I haven't had an opportunity to try out the temperature settings, as it is now completely unusable after only one try!

Doesn't eve heat up
I bought this product two weeks ago for some home learning with my son. I took it out the box today to use for the first time and it won't heat up despite being plugged in and powered up for over an hour. Very poor product and can't even use it once

Great product
Very easy to use, laminated my favourite recipes that were getting a little worn. Just need to make sure you put the sheets in level to stop them creasing. Very good value for money.
