Citadel Technical Paint is designed to provide a swift, effective solution to detailing your bases, adding texture.

The paint contains microbeads, making it easy to apply smoothly to your bases. It will give strong, effective coverage over both black and white undercoats. This is a thin formulation which gives a regular, flat-looking surface.
