Not dishwasher safe
I'd been looking for some Kilner-type jars to do some picking and came across these by accident. They were not expensive, so I bought it without too much thought. Unfortunately, when I got home I noticed they are not dishwasher safe, which is a bit of a pain in this day and age. I also find the clasp a little shonky; it works but it's stiff and quite hard to operate. Still, for the price I paid, it was a reasonable buy: one of those you gets what you pays. Would probably be good for displays but maybe less so for actual storage.

Great product
Great glass jar. The price was good as well. The jar is really good quality, the glass is thick. The buckle at the top is easy to use.

perfect size
The children used this jar to make a birthday gift for dad it fitted around 5 grab bags of sweets we chose all his favourites mixed them up in a bowl and added to the jar,we added a cute tag wrote Dads sweet jar on a sticker on the front

Just the job!
Brought this for my daughter to do her world book day homework in and it looked amazing. She had to choose a part in the book and fill the jar with bits from that scene. Thanks hobbycraft.

It makes a nice simple sweet jar
