Only suitable for storage
I returned these as I wanted to use them for bottling fruit. When I was about to wash them, I noticed that they weren’t suitable as you couldn’t put anything over 75degrees in them.

Really good jar bought to do food preserves e.g made pickled eggs and put in this jar. Rubber seal pretty good no leaks so far and a air tight seal with the metal clip the fact that you can move the lid in a 360 degree angle is even more of a perk as you can have the clip angled to your liking how ever you hold a jar overall good product
Would buy again.

Clear clip-top glass jar 1.5 litre
Thought it was going to be ideal for intended purpose, but there must have been a fault in the glass because it developed a crack and leaked. It was not wrapped in anything when I purchased it - not even tissue paper - so I wonder if this contributed?

Leaks , not fit for puprose
I bought this to use while making limoncello. Washed & dried it. Added lemons and vodka shut the lid and shook as required. It leaks. No seal - useless for its intended purpose. I now haw 1 litre of vodka and the peel of 10 lemons unsealed
