Quite disappointed
The quality of the machine is very good, lovely finish and a good weight to it. Unfortunately it doesn't fulfill my expectations. For 1, the thickness limit is hardly any different, I thought I was going to be able to cut much thicker card.
2, so far the machine has locked up several times during projects ,ive had to restart and this has cost me in time and materials.
3 , the scan and cut has only worked 75% of the time, it isnt as good as my last 2 machines.
Overhaul its ok but not worth the huge investment, and ive still got to purchase new cutting blades..these should come with it for the price

I love my cricut, bit disappointed that I wasn't made aware that there was a special on when you spent over £100 and I could've received 3 items free. considering I spent over £600.00. but my fault, should've took more notice,

Unable to use for several weeks after purchase
Would not connect to android app, had to purchase a laptop just to be able use after 3 weeks of being told the app would be working in a week

Another great machine from cricut
Got the 4 as an upgrade to my 3 and don’t regret at all! The main upgrade is in the speed as it’s faster than the 3 tho.

Not happy with the head office customer service
After 1 month had a error, took it back to store they said they had to get it from head office, but they told me when it arrives they needed to take it out of the box because I didn’t give my box, totally crazy
They wouldn’t give me my new machine boxes

It doesn’t come with everything you need!
We returned this the next day before opening. The website says it has more compatible tools, it can cut wood, leather, emboss and engrave materials but what the website and shop staff fail to tell you is that you need a completely different type of cutting blade to do either of those which costs about £50 each. It only comes with a standard fine point blade which is only good for lightweight materials like vinyl and lightweight card stock.

Do you have to have an inkjet printer to use this product?
You don’t have to. Lots of craft can be done with cutting paper or vinyl. If you decide to create stickers or use printable heat transfer vinyl, that inkjet printer is needed.
