Cheap, Nasty and will stain if gets wet
Absolutely horrible cheap nasty tissue paper.
It is weak with very little tensile strength but the worse thing about it is the colour bleed which occurs with any moisture. And the colour staining cannot be removed with simple water and a wipe, it needs a solvent based liquid with some hard scrubbing to remove.
Though it is cheap, there is a reason.

Colours run a lot!
Colour runs A LOT!!!!!! If paper gets wet or is used with glue! It was a bit of a nightmare for the kids not to turn into the Grinch!!!
