A lot of air in a good looing box
This kit is absolutely overpriced for what it actually is. I must admit I was quite dissappointed with the purchase. Described as a delux flower press, the item looks so large in its box. But when I opened the box, I discovered that it was mostly empty, filled with a plastic support insert holding the items included in the kit. So, mostly air. Of all the things in this kit, the box itself appears to be the most expensive! All the other things are very cheap, and the flower press is tiny. The item is marketed as delux but it is anything but. It is also marketed as suitable for both beginners and professionals, but it will definitely not be of much use to professionals. I already cut opened the plastic to take a closer look at the press so I did not bother to return the item, but I am not happy to have bought it. On this occasion, the looks are definitely deceptive and the price of £18 is way too high. £5 max, in my view.

Extremely disappointed
Hobbycraft clearly don’t take buyers’ reviews into consideration as I bought this ‘deluxe’ flower press yesterday without reading previous reviews and I also was disappointed with this tiny press, cheaply made and with deliberately deceptive large packaging filled with cheap components and a silly instruction booklet. NOT worth the money and my two trips to Hobbycraft by car! This should not be on your shelves. I thought Hobbycraft was better than this.

Poorly thought out
Comes with everything to make a card, including gold thread for the stems, not until I was nearly finished did I realise there is not actually enough thread

Missing pieces, almost looks used!
I bought this kit and it is missing pieces to actually use it! It arrived with only 3 wing nuts to secure the 4 corners, the tissue paper is dirty inside almost like it has been used before. Not very good for a new product!

Deluxe flower press
I was very disappointed with the quality of the flower press. It is very lightweight. I have used it but haven't taken the flowers I pressed out yet so don't know if it has worked.
