DMC stranded cotton
Just brought 5 DMC coded threads I needed for a cross stitch pattern I'm making for my friend's wedding present . I find that Hobbycraft is the best place to buy them as they are displayed in number order which makes it easier to find . I've always found the colours I needed .I have a large collection of DMC threads which I wind onto a cardboard individual card shape and write on the colour code . I store them in old slide draws compartments which was my grandads . Keeps them in order and clean . The DMC threads are very good quality and they keep their colour . I'm amazed how many colours there are in the range .

Suit cuffs
Finished cuffs on a summer suit. Needed to match the front button hole and couldn’t find a machine thread so used embroidery thread as it was the closest match.
