DMC stranded Cotton Embroidery Thread is always consistently good and the colours are always the same.
Hobbycraft sells the colour chart for DMC so you can choose all the colours you need at home from a choice of hundreds and then you can be sure that they will be in the shop when you get there. It's really useful to know the numbers of the colours you need before you get there because the choice is so huge you mightn't find the one you needed if you didn't already know the number. You can always be sure of the colour consistency and the quality of DMC stranded can.
