Give it a go. Beautiful results.
First go at using epoxy resin, so I also purchased a set of silicone tools, mixing cup and a few moulds. Really pleased with how my first projects turned out. Just be sure to get the ratio of hardner and resin corret and I can't see how you can really go wrong. I used a small amount of acrylic paint to colour my resin and also mixed glitter in to it as well.

If using it on a table how do i stop it dripping off all over i want a smooth edge
You would need to create an air tight barrier around the edge, there are various videos online with tips on resin pouring that may be worth a look. It really pays to be well prepared when it comes to resin as it can be tricky to use effectively.

Can this product be used with UV lighting ?
UV resin is best for UV lighting and gives a quicker result.

No. This resin is for arts and crafts. You would need a deep poor resin that is also UV resistant.

Is it weather proof
This product is not weather proof as such, so if you wanted to use the finished product outdoors, then we would recommending sealing it with a suitable sealant/varnish.
