Faulty balloon
There was a fault in the seam on this and very slowly deflated after a few days. Looked wrinkly and rubbish 24 hours later which was the day it was needed for. I bought 2 of these but one was fine. Very disapppinted and too far to go to take it back. Won’t buy balloons here again for that reason.

Poor product and poor service
Would give a zero if I could. Balloon went down after 24 hours and completely ruined my son’s birthday display. Refund refused as apparently they can’t control how long it will stay inflated.
I’ve never had a helium balloon go down in less than 2 weeks before.
