Rated 3 out of 5 by Hillsandlakes from Returned and replaced I purchased in store and opted for the balloon to be filled with helium. Unfortunately the balloon deflated within a couple of hours! I buy one of these every year so know this isn’t normal. Fortunately staff in the Carlisle store were more than happy to help and in the end replaced and refilled. No issues with the second balloon, it’s still inflated 2 weeks later. It’s just the inconvenience of a 40min round trip to get a replacement. I’ve noticed the price of these balloons going up and up (!) particularly the cost of filling with helium. Unfortunately I can’t justify the cost anymore, particularly as next year I will have to buy two!
