Faulty balloons
I have bought helium balloons from Hobbycraft before however extremely disappointed with the pink 8 balloon I bought for my daughter's birthday in Jan 2024 from Woking. We bought it the night before and by the time I got home it was very deflated. The next morning they replaced it but it was deflated again within a couple of hours. We have had these before and they lasted weeks. After a few hours it looks like we have had it for weeks. I think the brand they have in stock must be faulty. So would not buy again in case they have this brand again. It looks awful for her party.

Faulty batch of balloons
We bought this balloon the day before my daughter's birthday party, but as soon as we got it home it began to deflate. We went back that evening and got a new one, which suffered the same fate. The following morning I went back to get a third replacement balloon, which also rapidly deflated within a couple of hours. These normally stay inflated for at least a week, so we were very disappointed with the time and money we'd spent on this. My wife has been put off buying balloons from here again.
