Impossible to put together
Beautiful balloon, easy to inflate. I assumed from the picture the number and base were connected... I didn't check the instructions. Discovered they were seperate and you were meant to somehow attach them using a small piece of elastic. No idea how that's meant to work so we gave up and taped it together then taped the top of the 7 to the wall. Very disappointed

Excellent quality and value.
Did not have a ballon pump, but cardboard straw supplied worked well. Good quality. Srayed inflated for days.
