Lovely balloon 🎈 once worked out.
You have to poke a hole through the center of the base balloon yourself to feed the elastic through and tie around the straw provided but it doesn't explain none of this on the box we just guessed and it works great and stands great think it should come pre cut really or at least explain this on the box.

Poor quality and fitting
I wouldn't recommend these balloons. They are two balloons comprising the base and the number, and are attached together using flimsy elastic. The mounts for the elastic tear easily and the balloon doesn't stand up straight when you finally have it in the correct position.

Doesn't stand up
Doesn’t stand up like it says it does, not enough weight in the base, base too small and no way to get it to balance. Ended up hanging it up. Otherwise, nice colours, looked ok hanging up, just not what we had wanted.
