Balloontastic!
I purchased helium filled foil balloons for my daughter's 16th birthday a week ago and they are still inflated and bobbing around her room. Quick and helpful service as always from the team at Crewe Hobbycraft. Good value.

Absolutely disgusting customer service
I brought this today and the woman was filling it but she just kept on talking and talking while doing it and then she just stopped doing it for a cople of minutes. then I went up to her and asked her to fill it up I have a 3 year old waiting for me in the car and then she started. Then she gave it to me and I brought it home and it was COMPLETELY disinflated. I then tried to inflate it again as we needed it since it was my sons birthday but we could not as it was that disinflated. We also seen that it had not even been sealed properly from the red thing.

Excellent
This was a very happy coincident as I had no idea hobby craft does balloons and my daughter’s birthday falling on a Sunday meant I couldn’t get her balloons as most party stores are closed. I chose a few foil balloons and made a beautiful bouquet for much much cheaper than other stores. The lovely ppl at hobby craft blew them up then and there but did ask to pre order in future.

The product was great
Brought these balloons for my daughters 10th birthday, so pleased with my purchase. The lady who served me spent ages measuring & tying ribbon to the balloons. Making sure the number were the same height, curling the ends of the ribbons to make it look extra special

I went in for a certain item and was happy to see it and buy it .
It is lovely that hobbycraft is open 7 days a week . It was the only place that was open on this particular Sunday , in between Christmas and New Year’s Day . So I could buy my granddaughter her fist (big silver 1) helium balloon . Great service .

Ok. Pleasantly surprised by the size
I wasn't expecting such a big balloon. Price is ok, though to blow it up in store, there is a GBP2 charge for each balloon. Would have appreciated that it was written somewhere by the balloons, rather than to find out at the till.

Silver shiny balloon looks great!
Really good value for money made my sons birthday being able to display his age . These balloons are priced well look great are really big and shiny too. Also can get them in various colours. Would defo recommend.

Great product and great service
I purchased one of these for my nephew’s first birthday. It was very easy to locate in the shop and everything you need to leave with it secure, nicely decorated and blown up was dealt with ease.
