Vibrant but no instructions...
Beautiful colours each of these pens have and they come up really vibrant on cream coloured fabric. The only problem is that there are no instructions on the packaging on how to make sure the colours stick, after you wash them.

Yes these are permanent.

Yes, I wash at 40 and nothing comes out in the wash cycle.

No they do not need to be heat set. Just use and wash, nothing comes off
