Fantastic product
I was a little cautious about using this product as I had previously only used and loved the Wilton Candy Melts. However, I didn't need to be concerned. The chocolate melted, spread and set very well. The colours were vibrant. It also has a pleasant taste to it.
I was very happy with this new product.

Cake covering
Melts well and gives a good finish. I used this in a silicone cake mould to make a train that looked like Thomas the Tank. Taste isn’t amazing but went down well with the 4 year old birthday boy

Unpleasant smell and taste
The deco melts have a great consistency and work really well for coating cake pops. No issues at all with the pink or white ones I bought, but the blue and purple ones had a really strong unpleasant smell and taste which rendered the whole batch of cake pops inedible.
Great rating for ease of use and look, but given the smell/taste issue can't rate them well on quality or value for money as basically unusable for the intended purpose.

Brilliant for drip cakes
I bought these to use on a drip cake. They are quick and easy to melt. They melt to a perfect consistency for dripping. I added a little extra blue colour to make it a bit darker which worked well. They set quickly and I poured the leftovers into a mould to make extra decorations. They’re available in several different colours so I’d definitely buy them again.

Extremely disappointing! Spoilt our pop cakes
I was extremely disappointed at how runny these were when I heated them up.
They did not thicken up at all like precious ones we have bought from Hobbycraft so my girls were really upset & disappointed as we couldn’t decorate their pop cakes.
I would not waste my money on them again as they were really expensive (£3.50) & did not serve their purpose.

Great product
This product is great, really easy to use and the taste is great. It's really good for making pop cakes or for making ganache for a drip cake. The different colours make it easy to find the perfect colour for whatever you need or you can even use white to change the colour to your own needs. I'd definitely recommend this product.

Excellent product
I loved using this product. I made cake pops which I covered with this product which was the perfect consistency to work with. As the product started to cool down I reheated it in the microwave 3 times whilst finishing the cake pops without any issues. After heating and stirring, the product remained consistent each time.

Great, but NO!
These are fine, but I have one massive issue with it: they contain hydrogenated vegetable oil. I really should have checked the packaging as this is a big no-no in our house. If you do some research on it, you probably think so too. Shame, they are great otherwise, but that one ingredient is a deal breaker.
