Great idea for a rainy playdate
This had lots of choice of colours and beads to add extra features. Good set of instructions and we really enjoyed making our bracelets.

Cool gift for my Niece
We used to make friendship bracelets when I was about my niece's age and used to enjoy giving and receiving them so I thought this would be a fun gift. We didn't have time to make them yet but I've opened the kit and there's plenty of content and it looks great.

Quality of materials poor
Not very good quality of threads, the beads had stickers to put on rather than just being colourful beads, bought it mainly for the wheel to help us weave some bracelets and ended up using DMC threads I had myself and some gemstone beads from Sostrene Grene (which were nicer quality). Really expensive for what you get, especially when the threads are packaged tangled. I’d say an ok present for a school party as it’s overall a nice activity just not great quality of materials.

Galt Friendship Band Making Kit
Gift will not be made. When delivered the box was open and squashed. Is everything in the squashed box I am wondering. The presentation was a ‘put off’ straightaway. The thought of a youngster not being able to complete a band -I’m not prepared to risk it. When it arrived squashed and open, my heart sank. I’ll pass it on after Xmas for craft play. Definitely couldn’t gift it. Looks used and who knows what might be missing?
