Fun and immersive!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I played The Salem Slicer solo and really enjoyed working through the case at my own pace. The mix of newspaper clippings, suspect information and other evidence makes it feel genuinely immersive and adds a quality feel, and I liked having to stop, think and piece everything together rather than simply follow an obvious route.
It works really well solo, but my only regret is not playing it with friends. Once you know the solution, you cannot really experience the mystery in the same way again, so I think it would have been even more fun comparing theories and solving it together. Still, a really enjoyable way to spend an evening if you like true crime and puzzles. A solid four stars.

Overall greta game but involved a lot of reading
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The game itself has been pretty good! I’ve had various similar types of games before but never from this brand. Overall kept the brain going constantly trying to link everything together and managed to find the killer! However, the podcast included with it has had the most annoying voices on it, we could barely get through it. Totally understand the logic behind it but it was just awful to listen to. The materials that came with the game were pretty cool too, however there was SO MUCH reading involved to try and connect the dots and as I was playing with my husband it was easier to read out loud. So much reading. Pretty good game overall. Got a nice tin as a souvenir that I will be repurposing. Will be buying more from this brand!

Great game for those who love unsolved murders
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thought this game was good. Really mind boggling and makes you want to keep playing to find out who did it in the end. Having friends help out with it too was really cool hearing what they thought and how interactive they can get with it. Over all makes a great game for game night.

A must have for all wanna be detectives
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This game was absolutely incredible, such an interactive game to find who the killer was, would definitely recommended to everyone who enjoys being a detective for a while. There were some difficult clues. The game was easy to use and flowed nicely.

Murder mystery fun!!
