Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needs some work I'm trying to make the toddler sized hat and have come across a few errors. In the granny square part it says hdc instead of dc for the final round in cream. Then the top of the hat has me flummoxed. Start joining at row 8 it says, but then goes on to give instructions for round 9?? I'd really have liked some measurements for the approximate diameter of the top. I fully appreciate its a free pattern, but surely it's been tested??

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Adult size I've had to adjust every section. The top of the hat frills terribly, same the squares, if I follow the instructions as they are. Then, the instructions for the rim don't call for the increases that would be needed to make it the way it should be.
