How to Crochet a Gingerbread Village
With all the excitement for Christmas, what better way to let your creativity flow than by creating a gingerbread village! Baking gingerbread is always super fun, but it won't last forever – especially if it's really tasty. Why not crochet your gingerbread houses instead?
Build the base then customise with your own colours and decorations, or follow the look we've gone for, with some pretty buttons and cute, colourful pom-poms. Follow this pattern to make your own amigurumi crochet gingerbread village.

· Embroider a cross on each Window using either C, D or E.
· Embroider a cross on each Present using either C, D or E. Use the excess yarn to tie a bow at the top.
· Twist the Door Wreath pieces together to create a pattern. Make combinations BF, BG and FG.
· Sew the matching ends together for each Door Wreath, creating a circle.
· Sew a Bow at the top of each completed Door Wreath.
· Feed the Bunting pieces in a pattern onto a length of yarn.
· Wrap the Scarf around the Snowman.
· Sew the Arms to the Snowman.
· Sew the Hat to the Snowman.
· Embroider eyes on the Snowman using a scrap of dark brown or black yarn.

· Sew the Wreath onto House 2.
· Sew the Bunting and Star onto House 3.
· Decorate all 3 houses with pom poms and buttons.
