You Will Need:

22 cm round, iced cake

Renshaw Red Ready to Roll Icing »

Renshaw Green Ready to Roll Icing »

Holly cutters »

Small paintbrush

Rolling pin

Edible glue » or egg white

Ribbon »

Double sided tape »

Step 1

To make the leaves; roll out your green ready roll icing on a clean, dry work surface, dusted with a little icing sugar, to about 2-3mm thick . Cut out leaves with your cutters.

Step 2

Carefully place your leaves in a ring, work in a circle using the paintbrush and sugar glue to fix.

Step 3

Roll your red icing into small berries, around 0.5 cm, glue to the cake with sugar glue.

Step 4

To finish tie a ribbon around the cake and attach neatly at the back with a small piece of double sided tape.
