This pretty bunting is perfect for decorating inside or outside for parties, and a great way to use up leftover yarns from the stash – we think it looks best in a mix of different colours and textures.
Only simple stitches are used, so it's a great pattern for beginner knitters, or even as a group project.

Confused
I am new to knitting and don’t understand this pattern. If you start with 30 stitches, and then you reduce by 2 in row 4 (then repeat), how can you ever be left with 5 stitches? Wouldn’t you be left with an even number?

Pattern was correct!
There should be 5 stitches left. The initial row when you make holes leaves you with 29 stitches (you basically have knitted the stitches together in pairs, which is 15, and made 14 stitches by doing the yarn over)

Easy knitted bunting!
This is a fabulous, easy pattern to make jubilee bunting. I’m using chunky yarn with a CO of 20 and it’s looking fab!
